vulkan graphics issue in 26.2 snapshot-8

In version 26.2 snapshot-8, the frame rate when using Vulkan was lower than when using OpenGL. The program did not utilize my RTX3060. Since I'm using 12490F, it seemed that the CPU was handling the rendering and remained in a fully loaded state. However, this issue did not occur in version 26.2 snapshot-7.

    Vulkan is primarily for CPU graphics rendering, so this would make sense. Even on my hardware it was slow though. Mojang still needs to optimize it. For now, bug hunting and feedback is going to be the best help we can give for the better of new Minecraft.
