Bring back RTX option for Minecraft.

Since the vibrant visuals update, Minecraft rtx has been completly ignored and is now almost dead. I think that still giving an option to players that are able to run rtx in Minecraft bedrock would be good because rtx is still superior than vibrant visuals.
