Make baby mobs affected by a golden dandelion stop following food

Baby mobs affected by a golden dandelion should not follow food as they can not grow up. This would be a neat way to know which mobs have already been affected by a golden dandelion

  Also, make them not follow a player with a golden dandelion in hand so you if you don't have food but have a golden dandelion you can still know.
