It should be above your hunger bar but when you are in critical danger it goes off like a small shade of red if low amount of danger and the more danger you are in the darker shade of red it goes so it can be a warning system say if you have 5 hearts and a swarm of 20 zombies are nearby it would be medium because zombies aren't too strong
