Improved Clouds and Weather Variety

We would like to suggest adding multiple cloud layers with different shapes, thickness, and transparency for a more realistic sky. We also suggest expanding weather variety to include more states such as cloudy, partly cloudy, clear, and sunny conditions. In addition, rain should form and fall directly from clouds depending on their density and size.
