Redstone lanterns (bedrock)

Like a redstone torch, but upside down. If it’s placed on the floor, It works like a regular redstone torch. When hung from the ceiling, I powers through the block underneath it, as if there was an observer there, bot the pulse holds. But also kind of like a comparator, but not quite the same. If you give it an input of 15, it gives an output of 14. Because then, we can make stuff like weird types of doors, lights, flying machines, (other redstone stuff)   ECT. Would be awesome if it worked the same way for both bedrock AND Java! (Pls do)
