Template Configured Feature - Add more config options

I would like to see more config options added to the new template feature.

Templates have a lot of options, but this new feature lacks anything other than rotations.

I'd like to see some offset options.

I imagine making a tree from a template, but not having options to offset the tree means the tree is always going to place from the one corner of the template. This means you can't really have an underground root option, or you may have trees floating if placed on the side of a hill.
