Sulfur Springs shouldn't freeze over

Currently, Sulfur Springs generating in cold biomes start frozen and, even if cleared, will eventually freeze over again and block the geyser.

This feels a bit odd for a hot spring.

Preventing water freezing and snow forming near geysers could be a nice touch.

(An example of this would be the Java seed 1032037518896940155 , which spawns the player within eyesight of three springs in a Snow Plains biome.)
