Permanent potion effect on sulfur cube that can be washed with water splash

If the sulfur cube gets a potion effect, it will keep the effect permanently until they get splashed by a splash water bottle. This would allow some cool and creative builds like balloons(levitation from shulker+invisiblity) and blocks that can freely move(invisibility potion). There would be more fun and cool stuff the community can do if the sulfur cube were able to absorb potion effects permanently until washed by a water splash. If don't want all potions to be permanent, at the very least, let the sulfur cube be able to absorb only the invisibility potion permanently.
