I want MC skins safely

add an official Minecraft Java Edition skin maker, like skinseed or skindex

I want Minecraft skins but I don't trust any 3rd party websites. Why doesn't Mojang already have an official skin maker/editor? All they do is say "go get yourself hacked and try to get a .png file for your skin using some suspicious 3rd party website because we're too lazy to make on ourselves"
