Add a setting to change the old blocky and Vibrant Visuals clouds

In Minecraft, we have Vibrant Visuals clouds in both Simple mode and Vibrant Visuals. The old blocky clouds that were removed before the Chase the Skies update look better in Simple mode. Could there be an update so that players can set which clouds to use in Simple mode and which clouds to use in Vibrant Visuals?
