Bring back Bedrock skeleton AI

Please bring back the original, fast-firing, and hyper-accurate Bedrock skeleton AI or at least restore its aggressive behavior exclusively for Hard and Hardcore difficulties. While version parity is important, nerfing these mobs to match Java took away a unique, thrilling survival challenge that veteran Bedrock players loved, making combat feel far too easy and standard and if possible then add a new dimension.
