Voice Chat

With the addition of the new peer to peer worlds and friends list, adding a voice chat feature makes more sense now more than ever. By default have it disabled, then once enabled have a default push to talk toggle which is then changed to off, or open mic. Implementation of this could be similar to how simple voice chat works, and maybe even add proximity to it as well. As much as Minecraft tries to stick to some semblance of realism, proximity would build on top of that. Xbox privacy features will likely apply but again this is only to the benefit of Mojang and Microsoft.
