Bedrock In-game Modder

So Java has mods that you can easily import, but bedrock why have a feedback site when the Players can make their OWN things, like there should be an in-game modder for bedrock and it should be an easy one so EVERYONE can make mods, even without coding experience, It could have: Texture Pack Creator (TPC), Mod Creator (MC), Data Pack Creator (DPC), or any others, it could be like Modrinth so its easy and has a lot to work with and can build Big Mods like @Knarfy on Youtube, this would be SO COOL, the reason I wanted this is because I'm a Switch® user, so I have to buy Everything from the marketplace, sure this can also be a platform for minecraft marketplace creators, this should work for all of bedrock, so PC, Console, Maybe not Pocket? but AT LEAST console (I told you why, right), so yeah!
