Glowing Ink to Glowing Potion

This would be a brilliant way to add more utility to Glow Ink Sacs. Introducing a "Potion of Glowing" brewed with glow ink would make Glow Squids much more useful and rewarding to hunt. 

This feature would perfectly balance existing game mechanics:
1. Counters Invisibility: It adds a great tactical option in PvP to track players who are using invisibility potions or trying to hide.
2. Enhances Map Making: It provides survival-friendly access to the Glowing effect, which is amazing for custom map mechanics, escape rooms, and minigames.

Since both the item and the effect are already in the game, combining them just makes perfect sense!
