The current Desert Temple is iconic but too easy for modern Minecraft. I suggest a massive overhaul to turn it into a true "Monument" type structure, similar to a Trial Chamber or Ancient City, focused on a high-stakes boss fight.
The Boss: The Undead Pharaoh
Health: 100 Hearts (200 HP).
Location: A hidden burial chamber deep beneath the temple, guarded by reinforced blocks.
The Mechanic: The chamber features a Corrupted Beacon that grants the player "Weakness III." You can’t just "tank" the boss; you have to find a way to disable the beacon or use strategy to deal damage.The Combat:
The Pharaoh summons waves of Husks that inflict hunger, making health regeneration difficult.
It’s a pure melee endurance test. Milk buckets and Golden Apples become essential.
Rewards:
Exclusive Armor Trims (Pharaoh/Royal patterns).
Rare loot like Enchanted Golden Apples and high-tier minerals (Diamonds/Gold blocks) in the sarcophagus.
Why this?
The Desert needs a "late-game" challenge. This would make exploring the biome exciting again and provide a legendary battle that players will remember.
