Add more bedrock/pocket edition commands of java

As minecraft java have so much commands such as increase minecart speed and more. But it is a matter of sorrow is. we, the mobile players can't enjoy legendary java commands. Like Mojang be like: "yeah, Mobile players aren't humans, so we don't need good command of java edition." Like bro if we can't afford pc, how we'll use these commands.
