allows the executor to deal damage to enemies within 8 blocks of radius

allows the death messages caused by kills with this damage command to credit the nearest player for the kill but there is intense lag when the cause/attacker is P P
a tick can last 183ms when I have about 50 entities execute /damage @s 10 minecraft:player_explosion by @p
