Waterlogged Blocks above Geysers!

In the latest Snapshot, the Bug where Geysers pass through transparent Blocks like Glass was fixed (and should stay fixed). However, the fix also included waterlogged blocks which now limits build design opportunities. Would love to see this getting revisited!
