Quick Milk potions

Dear Minecraft coders and developers 

I believe that you should add milk potions 

My idea is that a level one milk potion should shrink the time left of a effect by 25% and a level two one would decrease the time  by 75% and if the effects are level 2 drop them down to level 1

These potions would be very helpful but would be very OP so you would have to make them very hard to make

My suggestion for this is you have to make condensed milk like this.               

   Milk. Milk. Milk.                                                                                         

   Milk. Sugar. Milk                                                                                                                                                                 Milk. Milk. Milk.

This would make one condensed milk bucket and then you need to make it in a brewing stand for level 1 potion

For level 2 you need to make super milk like this

Eye o' Ender.   Condensed milk.

Condensed milk.   Eye o' Ender.

 

Thus would then be put into a brewing stand and brew it into a level 2 potion

    what If instead of it being a splash potion of milk
    you could just have a bowl of milk that is faster to drink then a bucket of milk.
    maybe they could balance it by making it a random chance to work or not or it only removes one effect at a time, no matter what.
