Let's talk about the potential of sulfur. 

I don't know how I'm the only one talking about this, or at least I haven't seen anyone else.
The Sulfur Caves are cool, but sulfur has much cooler potential: VOLCANOES! How come nobody thought of volcanoes?
It would be really cool if they added a new volcano biome similar to the existing mountain biomes that had basalt and sulfur. Maybe also a redesign of the sulfur caves to make them deeper and have lava lakes, and be located under the volcanoes.

I also think that Sulfur could be generated in the Nether.
