Java Friend list not working.

I try for 1 hour to play with my friend on snapshot 26.2 ver 7 with the new peer 2 peer but the game won't let us do because of "privacy settings" with my friend with allow ALL the settings, we unallowed them and just after reallow them. we restart our game. we did everything and it's not working for either of us. Please help us

If it helps finding the solution, when trying to search for friends the console outputs the following:
"Friends service forbidden (403) — user may lack an active profile"

I also have the same issue and so does my friend. The feature is broken.
