Shulker shells make sulfur cubes act like full blocks

If you feed a sulfur cube a shulker shell it should make the sulfur cubes collision act like that of a normal block allowing for interesting possibilities like maybe a rising platform using the geyser? This would combine with the other properties caused by blocks added before
