Fix dolphin AI deaths and allow them to breed

Dear developers, please pay close attention to dolphins so they don't die from silly AI bugs. Also, please add the ability to breed them. Filling artificial ponds is very difficult, and dolphins brought from huge distances die for no reason right in front of the player. It makes all our survival efforts pointless.
