Switch the Order of the "Friends" button and the "Options / Quit Game" ones

I noticed when booting up the snapshot (26.2 Snapshot-7) for the first time that there were the new Friends buttons to mess around with. However, based on where they are now, it feels a bit out of place. I think the menu would look a bit better if you were to place them below "Quit Game" and "Options" for a cleaner and overall easier look. They seem to stand out a bit too much right now. Further, it will revert those buttons back to what players are used to while showing the new ones loud and proud at the bottom, so it won't interfere with any muscle memory (if anyone has any for these buttons XD)
