waterlogged blocks and geysers in latest snapshot

in the previous snapshot, it was possible to use waterlogged blocks at the top of sulfur geysers, so you wouldn't have to deal with the water, but now they block geysers like every other block, please revert

    I would love to see the geyser to be able to go through the copper rate. As the grate, is well a grate. the building ideas including redstone and aesthetic would really be fun to tinker with.
