Make the upright version of the crafter cape for watching someone on twitch

Hi Mojang, could you please make the upright version easier to get by making it so that you can earn it by watching a twitch streamer because there are a lot of minecraft players that cannot go to Twitchcon rotterdam. Make the upside down for twitchcon because i like the standard version more or you can make it so if you go to twitchcon you can get both capes, Thank you
