Have permission to fully see players achievements

Just like personal achievement but you also see all of their completed achievement and locked achievement ONLY IF their account privacy allows it, if it gets denied, the button "achievement (amount of complete) / 132" of other players profile will not be available unless if it gets approved, button "achievement (amount of completed achievements) / 132" will be available. It's good when added 3 recently completed achievements and 3 suggested next achievements but it needs to be improved.
