Hey everyone! I think it's time we talk about skin parity for Bedrock.
Right now, if you play on mobile or PC, you can just upload any skin file you want. But if you're on Xbox, PlayStation, or Switch, you’re stuck with the Marketplace or the character creator. It feels a bit unfair that we can't use our own designs just because consoles don't let us browse files easily.
My idea is pretty simple: Mojang should make an official website where we can log in with our Microsoft account and upload our skin files there.
Once you upload your skin to the site, it should just sync up and show up in your "owned skins" list next time you open the game on your console. It’s a win-win:
We finally get to use our custom skins (like the ones we make or find online).
It's safe because it's through an official Mojang/Microsoft site.
No more complicated workarounds or being "locked out" of our own creativity just because we play on a TV.
Please vote if you’re tired of being limited to the basic skins on console! We need this for 100% parity across all platforms.
