Add an option for Java-style item/hand positioning on Bedrock Edition

I would like to request that the hand and item positioning in the Bedrock Edition be made identical to the Java Edition. Many players migrate to Java simply because of this difference in immersion and visual feel. It would be ideal to have a toggle in the settings that allows us to choose between the "Classic Bedrock" view and the "Java Edition" view.
