Make Villager AI pathfinding better

The current state of villager AI pathfind is terrible. They only look for their bed or workstation and dont actually look gor a legit way there making them get stuck on walls or not be able to find the way down or upstairs they also dont find the way to the doors because of their price pathfinding which is supper annoying. Please fix this mojang!

    Also just let them climb ladders. One time I came back to my village and I could not find them anywhere so I looked and looked and still couldn’t find a single one, but I had noticed a villager sound near the church. And there they were. Somehow they had all climbed up the ladder but could not get back down
