Make Ravagers tameable and rideable

Ravagers are a hostile mob but why not tame them? Cuz zombie horses and parched camels can be tamed. The idea is that to make the ravager tameable and rideable so we can ride ravagers and maybe even get some help from the ravagers that we tame
