Make mules armorable and give them more coat color options

I know this topic has probably been done to death now, but let me try again and stick to brass tacks in terms of why this is a good idea:

- Payoff - mules are difficult to breed and the process of trying again is restricted by them being infertile themselves, meaning getting a fast mule with a lot of HP is harder and more time consuming than doing so with donkeys (never mind the fact that you have to find and tame both a horse and a donkey first)

- Uniqueness factor - right now all mules are are functional donkeys with a different coat color, giving little incentive to even pursue their creation beyond wanting a slightly different looking donkey. And even in that area they're really restricted, offering only one coat color, while horses have multiple. Even increasing the available number of mule coats would already make breeding mules more fun and purposeful.

- Real life considerations - mules in real life are closer to horses than to donkeys in size, body build and abilities. Their strength makes them great for packing, but they're just as capable as ridden mounts. They can even do dressage and jumping competitions (excelling at the latter). Having the ability to wear armor would not feel out of place and all, and further support the payoff of engaging in the lengthy process of breeding good stock.
