Sulfur Cubes with Blue Ice inside should have the Frost Walker effect

As of writing this suggestion, there is a bug (MC-307929) that allows Sulfur Cubes to equip armor, which lets them use the Frost Walker enchantment.
I think it would be great if a new special archetype were added, possibly using Blue Ice, that behaved like the current fast sliding archetype and also turned water around it into Frosted Ice. This would let us keep that functionality whilst also taking care of the bug.
Frosted Ice is a very unique block, and the best way to generate it automatically as of now is using Armor Stands, so seeing how the Sulfur Cube is mostly meant to be used for minigames, it would be a great addition.
