My idea is for a new mob—Mangobs. A Mangob would be a one block tall, humanoid creature, with pointy ears that stick out sideways. A Mangob, if given beetroot soup, would become your companion. After being given the soup, the Mangob could either sit or follow you, similar to how a dog would. If you were to drop a bundle in front of the Mangob, they would pick it up and wear it on their back. If a Mangob is wearing a bundle, any item you were to drop by them, they would pick it up and place it in the bundle, and you would be able to take the bundle back whenever you wanted. You would have a chance at finding a solitary Mangob in a swamp biome. A Mangob hut would be a small structure constructed of packed mud and mud bricks. You would find the hut with a tree growing out of the top, with the hut being half buried, accessible by a trap door. Inside you would find a chest with the chance of finding: spider eyes, mushrooms, copper nuggets, sticks or a lead. Inside you would also find a campfire and a carpet, instead of beds, Mangobs sleep on carpet. Outside of the hut you could find 2-3 planted beets and a torch on a fence. Mangobs would frantically run in circles if you are being attacked by other mobs as they are non-hostile. Using a name tag you could name your Mangob companion, and you can only have one follow you at a time. If you wanted to breed Mangobs you would need to place two carpets of the same color next to each-other and give the two Mangobs beetroot soup 1-3 times.
