Disable Button in Java Dialog System

Hello!
As in the title i would love the ability to disable a button and other features in the dialog system, like certain entries in the settings menu in vanilla minecraft.

For example, the "Rotate With Minecarts" within Accessibilty Settings, "Anisotropic Filtering:" in Video Settings and etc.

This would allow us to show something is possible but not right now for whatever reason.
