Texture packs

I have recently returned to Minecraft Bedrock after a year long hiatus due to other Microsoft reasons (Permanently losing an account with no help from support) and I have found that the quality of adding and managing texture packs has been drastically reduced. Previously I could easily import texture packs and RTX packs from the internet, but I guess this is very well hidden or gone. Also, not sure if this is a bug but every time I add an "RTX" pack to my active packs, it does not let me enable RTX in video settings? Another thing that has been an issue since I have been playing Bedrock which is nearly 7 years is that when changing skin it just never saves and I always have a default skin, it used to work most of the time but recently it does not work at all. There is way too much clutter everywhere there is no wonder the UI does not work. Every time I click out of settings the screen has a series of black rectangles appear on half the screen (this is a bedrock issue since java and literally any other game does not have this issue)
