End portal update

The end portal should be updated to make it more challenging to open. I think having to find 11 other types of Eyes of Ender, one for each slot and one of the original Eyes of Ender would be good. They could spawn in different structures around the world, have crafting recipies, or other unique ways to obtain each one. They should each have their own theme though.
