I suggest that redstone ore should be plentiful in the new sulfur caves. While redstone isnt exactly the rarest or the most useful thing to all players, if you want a reliable source of it, you're pretty much forced to make a witch/raid farm in the present day, which is not fun.
Mining for it currently is extremely tedious and often doesn't yield enough for substantial projects from my experience. Having redstone be abundant in sulfur caves would provide a reliable alternative for gathering large amounts of redstone.
I think it would make redstone more accessible and allow players to greater utilize its potential earlier in a playthrough without requiring them to dedicate the time and resources required to make a witch/raid farm.
Redstone ties in with the sulfur cubes nicely, as the mob's greater potential lies in the redstone contraptions you can design around it, so having that resource directly accessible where you'd already be finding the sulfur cube just makes sense.
Overall I think making redstone abundant in sulfur caves would be a nice change to give the biome a resource that would encourage players to interact with it more outside of the sulfur cubes and sulfur/cinnabar block families alone. While there are more valuable ores, they are abundant elsewhere or already have their place in the world. Redstone has always just existed in small amounts in the same areas as other valuable ores and been overshadowed by them, and I think redstone ore deserves a proper home.
