[accessibility] : better font for dyslexic people (Arial or Opendys)

so the idea is really simple the aim is to make minecraft text easyer to read for people with dyslexia by using a better font. the recomanded font for dyslexic are opendys and Arial (with a caractere size of 16)

    Open Dyslexic would be a really great option if Minecraft could work with the creator. I have a an 8 year old I watch and he's been learning to read through Minecraft chat, but he's dyslexic so he really struggles with it sometimes.
