Sulfur Cube TNT explosion should cause Nausea effect

When a Sulfur Cube carrying TNT explodes, it should leave a lingering yellow cloud of sulfur. Any player standing in this cloud should receive the Nausea effect for a few seconds. This would make the Sulfur Cube a much more unique and strategic mob in the new update!
