Add lava geysers

Add lava geysers because it could make the nether so cool they could spawn naturally in the lava pools in the basalt deltas and rarely in the lava lakes. It could shoot you up in the air like a normal geyser but set you on fire. It could be made with 1 Blackstone, 1 magma block, and 3 basalt blocks in the crafting table.

It would make Chaos Cubed more chaotic
