Realm Problems

I just purchased a realm for 3 players, at first I could load and play my world, however after I downloaded it and tried to change something, my realm started to refuse all my requests, whether play, delete/change world, even deleting realm itself. I cleared cache, re-logged in still don't help. Is it your server currently down or my device problem? Please explain or I'll cancel my subscription😡
