World sharing with friends

As we know, the owner of the world ( who make the world ) is online , then his friends play in his world but when he get offline, his friends also disconnected for his world . I only request you to please make a setting that help to share our world with friends. My world also show to my friends world list whenever I offine or online . And also make a mic system for the players to communicate each other without typing for long
