Recover the Point lights feature in Android platform

In Bedrock edition 26.30.25, Point lights are now disabled on Android, PS4, Xbox One. Considering that PS4 and Xbox One are outdated platform, they are really “unsupported hardware”. But Android devices aren't like these, some high performance Android devices can run the Point lights feature well. the Point lights feature should not be removed from all Android devices.
