Mojang, instead of adding completely new things, could you update the older features first? For example, update the desert, badlands, and savanna, since those biomes feel empty. There’s also farmland it’s been 10 years, but there are still no new crops to grow on it (I don’t count pitcher plants and torchflowers since they’re just decorative). Rivers feel too empty, with only seagrass and salmon (and even the salmon aren’t that many), and minecarts still haven’t been updated, especially their speed. There’s actually a lot more, but it’s impossible to mention everything. I just hope Mojang continues to pay attention to older features and past mob/biome vote ideas first. It doesn’t have to be a lot at once, just gradually through “drop updates.”
By the way, this is just my personal wish:
For farming, I still hope rice paddies get added. For minecarts, I hope they can be linked together and that there will be new types of rails. And for flying mobs, I’d like more variety like insects, birds, or anything really, so the sky and forests don’t feel so empty. Small birds could be implemented similarly to tropical fish.
