Right-click with tool makes TNT Sulfur Cube explosion entity damaging only

It'd be great if we could right-click the tnt filled sulfur cube with an axe or hoe etc to change it to only damage entities when explosion. We can then make mini games with explosions without needing to either water log everything or rebuild between each game.
