Geysers water plume should pass through copper grates

I think copper grates should not block geysers water plume and it should pass through it, As it could allow players to stand and wait above until it starts without falling into the water.

It would also be nice if this is was also an data driven block tag

    They could sort of do this in a previous snapshot, but only the way campfire smoke goes through blocks, whereas now they will pass through some non-full blocks that are waterlogged. I think they should just pass through grates like air both with the geyser plume and the noxious gas, and it would make both geysers and grates more interesting to use
