Add bits of sulfur + potent Sulfur geysers to the Nether's Basalt Deltas

The New Potent Sulfur + Magma block Geysers are super Volcanic Feeling, so they'd be a Great fit for the Deltas as THE volcanic biome.

  Addendum, Oh right, forgot about the entire, there's no water only lava in the nether thing.
  so, make the geysers work with lava aswell.
