Geyser updraft for elytra glide minigame

Replacing the water in the geyser set up with lava allows for updrafts, like in the old elytra glide minigame. Veins of Potent Sulfur and magma blocks could spawn naturally in Nether lava seas to showcase this functionality, and make nether travel have another interesting aspect.
